Do you ship to my country?
We offer worldwide shipping so you can order from any country!
But in case your country may not be supported by our logistics, we will inform you right away and make necessary changes to your order.
Will my order be processed everyday?
All orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
How long should I expect my order to arrive?
Your order will typically be processed as soon as few hours after purchase, or within 48 business hours.
After the order is processed, you may expect 7-15 business days shipping time depending on customs clearance and your location. (e.g. for more remote areas please allow an extra 2-3 business days for local carriers arrangement)
All orders will be provided a tracking number so you can track and understand each step of the delivery process.

How much does shipping cost?
For standard worldwide order, there is a fixed shipping fee of USD $5.99. However, you'll be able to enjoy Free Shipping if your order exceeds USD $55.
Can my order address be different to my card billing address?
Sure! You can do that.

We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, customers will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.
