Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your account settings and click "Cancel Subscription." You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

We don't offer partial refunds for the current period, but you can cancel anytime. If you have a technical issue, email us and we'll work it out.

How do I change my plan?

Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

My deck build isn't working correctly.

Use the form to submit a bug report with details about what happened. Include the commander name and what went wrong.
