1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Manacove (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Manacove cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Distribute malicious software or spam
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Manacove is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. It is not approved/endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. Magic: The Gathering and all associated card names, images, and symbols are property of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Card data is provided by Scryfall, an independent card database not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast.

Deck lists and conversations you create through the Service are yours. We claim no ownership over your content.

5. Payment & Billing

Manacove offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

  • Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your card will be charged at the start of each billing period.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increases.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to your paid plan through the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan after the billing period ends.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact support@manacove.com and we will work with you on a resolution.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Manacove available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Manacove is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
